Service & Support - Training
Training of any computer system is a critical consideration for any company and Pacsoft is committed to providing the highest level of training programs ensuring that staff are fully prepared to hit the ground running.

Pacsoft offers two different training programs delivered by skilled professionals and supplemented by informative tutorials and documentation designed to provide effective on-going support.

Pacsoft offers the option of either training on site or at a Pacsoft training center.

Training on site is best suited to two people who are able to participate with limited or no interruptions.

To maximize a successful training outcome Pacsoft will provide a pre installation questionaire prior to training commencement to ascertain existing user knowledge of computers, their work function and specific areas of responsibilities. The Pacsoft Trainer will analyze this information and prepare a customized training program to suit the individual’s needs.

A typical 3-day training centre course covers the following core subjects:

 
  • Windows operating system and networking
     
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable functions
     
  • Inventory Control and Point of Sale
     
  • Administrative tasks and back office procedures

    To achieve maximum return on investment, Pacsoft recommends that at least one staff member complete the training with the purpose of being system administrator responsible for the training and guidance of other staff.

    Pacsoft also recommends the three-day Training Centre option combined with an additional two days on site for maximum results.
