Company Information - History

Pacsoft originated in 1984 as a leading developer of solutions to the Timber & hardware industry.

Today, Pacsoft solutions are being used in the USA, Central America, UK, Asia and Australia.

1984	Andrew Darbyshire starts Pacsoft
1985	The first Pacsoft Classic system is installed
1989	Pacsoft wins the Australian Design Award
1991	Pacsoft is chosen by Mitre 10 New Zealand
1993	Pacsoft takes over Retsysco USA and launches onto the US market
1995	Development begins on Pacsoft for Windows
1998	Pacsoft for Windows is released
2000	Pacsoft merges with PEG Technology
2000	John Danks announces DART a strategic partnership with Pacsoft
2001	Pacsoft Limited are appointed the Australasian Distributor of Maximizer for Lotus Notes
2002	PEG Technology Limited is renamed Pacsoft Limited
2005	Founder Andrew Darbyshire privatises Pacsoft to strengthen the company as a niche systems provider
