I
realise that this letter is well overdue
but as you all know we have been
diligently working on past errors. I
am very glad to say that we are almost
there.
I
would like to thank you all so much for
your constant support and expertise with
our new Optemizer system. Prior to
the update our stores at Werribee and
Sunbury run somehow despite of our most
useful business tool not functioning any
where near to it's full capacity.
As you all know the past had left a lot
to be desired in an area that should of
been easy. Since the update things
have improved enormously in every way
shape and form when it comes to our
system and database.
Our
installation got off to a rocky start
having so many unforseen problems in our
data base, but you guys powered through
it and came to the party showing great
determination and dedication to make it
all work, and for this we are grateful.
I would like to recommend that
Ben, Chris, and Andy receive a pay
rise, having had to put up with, teach,
and deal with us over the last 2 months.
Considering that Judi and I had
very little to do with Pacsoft in the
past six years I feel that because
of your help we now have the
knowledge and tools to utilise a great
system. We have already begun to
see major positive changes. At the
moment our database is spick and span
and looking better and better every day,
our staff are using and learning about
all the new features, and our profit
margin is looking great. The new system
is very easy to use now that we know how
and the help books are fantastic.
Because
of the Optemizer installation we saw the
worst of the past and had the
opportunity to fix it before it was too
late.
In
closing THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU,
you guys have been great. Mark us down
to be a reference for your system and
your people, we wouldn't hesitate for a
moment in recommending the Optemizer
system and your company.
