We
have been a user of Pacsoft’s
Optemizer
POS
system for approximately five years.
In
that time we have found the software to
be an extremely stable platform for
managing inventory and providing an
in-depth account of profit margins
across various selling departments.
The
tools available in Optemizer have
allowed both our Mitre 10 stores to
improve their stock turns.
We
use Pacsoft’s multi-store software to
share data between our stores and our
corporate Head Office. This has allowed
us unprecedented control over stock
ranges and pricing.
During
our association with Pacsoft we have
found the level of software support to
be exceptional. Cases where stores are
unable to trade are given immediate
attention.
We
have also seen with each new software
release changes are productive and not
of a ‘bells and whistles’ nature.
The
fact Optemizer uses Microsoft’s SQL
server we have found it very easy to
extract data from Optemizer’s database
for our own custom reports.
I
would strongly recommend Optemizer to
any retail store managing a large
inventory range and looking to for
detailed sales and inventory analysis.
